"Totally positive experience. Staff are kind and caring. Dr. Jacoby explained everything from what happened to necessitate surgery, what to expect following surgery and plus post-op care. Though we hope never to need their services again, if it happens that is who we want to care for us. Once again my hubby was in need of a surgeon and we returned to this practice to see Dr. Parth Patel. So impressed. Took a considerable amount of time explaining procedure, recuperation, what to expect. Such a nice man and excellent doctor. Staff is so kind and welcoming. I cannot express how comforting to know Dr. Patel will be here for us if future problems arise. Update:. Both Drs Jacoby and Patel have left this practice. I will search high and low to locate Dr. Patel. Our not so Golden Years require we have a surgeon at our access."

"I can’t even put into words how wonderful Dr. Patel was. He preformed surgery on Friday on my stomach. It went great. But here’s the thing. I have put up with this horrible pain because another surgeon (not in Inverness) told me it was to dangerous to do that I had a 80% chance of not living though it. I would be on a vent and nasal gastric tube in ICU and a wound vac for 9 months if I survived it. So I put it off till the pain was so intense I couldn’t take it. Then I met my hero Dr. Patel. I will never be able to thank him for what he did for me he did it laparoscopic and I came home the Same day. Thanks to you and your whole staff for being the best in Citrus county. If I could put this in the paper or on the radio I would do so!! I will never be able to thank him enough. Brenda Morris"

"I had to give 1 star to be able to post, they actually deserve a negative number. Worst experience I have ever had. Spoke with the office, I was told that if I brought my CT scan into the office the Doctor would review it and be sure that they could do the procedure, (drainage of a cyst) on the day of my appointment. I drove there that day and dropped off the CT, I had an appointment for the following week. The morning of the appointment I received a phone call from Mary Lou saying my appointment is cancelled they can't help me, doctor finally looked at my CT, he thinks it's a Tumor and I'll need to go to another Doctor. Wasted an entire week, the "tumor" has since doubled in size, I am in pain and I am now having trouble breathing. They refused to even help me find another doctor and refer me, to hopefully speed this process up. They don't care about people at all. No professionalism with this group."

"Dr. Jacoby saved my life. Best surgeon ever. He has and still is a very gentle doctor. He takes as much time as he can with his patients. Patients need to understand he does not have all the time in the world but will do his best to spend time with you to answer questions. Thank you and your staff for the best care ever."
