"I like Karen. The office staff are very nice to us. I do not understand what the other poster said about double billing, however. If you have insurance, they really cannot do that. Your insurance company sends you invoicing. That is your proof. If you do not have insurance, make sure you get a receipt. One last thing; if it weren't for Karen my husband would be much sicker right now. His former dr., a. " specialist " at Christ Medical in Crystal River could not get his diabetes under control and she was able to do so. I thank her for that."

"I have only seen Karen the PA and I have no problem with the way she handled my medical issues. BUT I suggest that you record what she says whenever you have a question concerning co-pays. Some of the office staff are very rude and do not give messages to the appropriate people, nor do they really care....if you work in the medical profession you would think that would be a requirement. They like to charge you twice for services, so save all your receipts for at least a year...they don't bill monthly so it could be 6 to 8 months before you get a bill. So, I would not recommend this office, nothing but a headache! If I could give Zero star rating I would!"

"First of all, shame on you and shame on your practice. You treated my mom terribly. Your staff treated her terribly. You have no compassion for other people and really made sure to show it. She could very well possibly have throat cancer and you said, "Well you did it to yourself". Shame on you. Also she paid for this out of pocket and because she didn't have insurance you told her that you couldn't help her after that visit. You told her all the money she would be paying and scared the hell out of her. Screw you! Being a doctor means helping people, not squeezing every penny you can get. I hope you fail as a doctor (even though in my eyes you already have). I am sure my mom is not the only one you treated so bad. Your nurse also had no compassion and watched her cry instead of consoling her. She wanted my mom to sign the paperwork and leave. Like I said, shame on you. You are no doctor."
