"Worst Dr office ever. I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. You call them, can't get a hold of anyone. Leave a voicemail, you get no call back when you call the office you have to call multiple times just to talk to someone. Trying to get a refill on meds that your life depends on and one one cares to call you back to let you know what's going on."

"I have seen Dr. Faris several times since 11/2023 for parathyroid and hypothyroidism issues. His evaluation and plan of care has been right on target with a quick turnaround in my health! I’m a retired RN of 50 years and I know how to listen to what he is saying-even if I don’t want to hear it or do it-he’s the doctor and I did what he said and I got better! If you don’t understand what he is asking you to do then ask him to explain it to you! He’s very intelligent and has to be reminded that we’re just patients who aren’t as educated as he is and to break it down for us so we can be compliant! Receptionist and he work very hard to see a lot of people and there’s a great need for good endocrinologists in this area who will help and see new patients!! I am grateful for him! "I have been calling the office for three days, I am out of my thyroid meds and they never called in the new script. Now three days with no meds and no one is answering, returning messages, or communicating with the pharmacy. This is abhorrent behavior for any provider. He said it was dangerous to stop taking meds abruptly but that’s just what his office did. DISGUSTING"
