"Giving one star since zero is not an option. Dr. Mercely Devabavus is the most unprofessional doctor we have ever seen. Arrogant, impatient, unprofessional. My husband had been seeing her for 2 plus years and she had been renewing all his medications, including Coumadin for this whole time. When he went to the dermatologist to have a squamous cell removed, the dermatologist requested an INR result as my husband had been on Coumadin for many years. Funny (not really) she NEVER requested an INR from any of the blood tests that she ran. When the dermatologist requested the report she called us into her office to scold us, then told us that he needed to find a new PCP because she refused to see him. Said that she's been a practicing doctor for 30 plus years and didn't need to be questioned like some clerk. If you want quality medical care STAY AWAY FROM HER. High staff turnover is a huge clue. Appointments were always 20 to 30 minutes later than scheduled. Front desk ignores people standing there for follow up appointments or questions."

"Dr Devabus takes her time to listen and doesn't just push you through so she can get onto the next patient. She maybe late for my appointment occasionally but I know she was taking care of the person before me and I know she will take care of me. She works with you and doesn't just tell you what to do or what medications to take, she gives you options that will best work for you. I have been going to her for a few years and we don't always agree on treatment but I have never felt like just a dollar bill to her, I have always felt she has my best interest at heart. A VERY GOOD DOCTOR and a doctor I TRUST."

"By far the worst medical “professional” I’ve ever dealt with. For the past year and a half every single appointment I have had this facility the doctor has been tardy by at least 30 minutes, if not more. Very challenging to work with, and spends no longer than 10 minutes with her patients. If you value your time and value your respect, this is not the medical practice for you to visit."

"Had my very first appointment today I get up there and never sign on the door saying they require masks and they do not supply them so I had to turn around go home get a mask and then I’m on my way up there. I get rear ended after waiting a month for this appointment and on top of things I need my insulin and I can’t even get my insulin so now I’m gonna have to do without until I find another doctor since my current Dr. Does not wanna treat my diabetes."

"Worst Doctor EVER. I had one appointment with her and she is a nightmare. Never let me talk, spoke to me with no respect and very aggressive. I’ve been a medical assistant for 12 years and I’ve never seen a provider so unprofessional. I called the office several times letting them know I was in pain. Cathy said that the only appointment that was available was the one i had scheduled for 10/28. I called again and said I am still in pain and her response was if I have to go to urgent care then go, I called again and said I’m still in pain and nothing they can do and was told to go to UC if my pain was that serious, I went to UC and I have an infection and I’m in pain ( neck and back) so they (UC) prescribed me antibiotics and other medications. Well Dr.D freaked out on me and told me she couldn’t be my PCP because I went to UC. Even though I spoke with Cathy and Renee and they said “if you are in that much pain” then go!!! If she thinks I was going to stay in pain until the 28th she is crazy, what doctor does that? Dr. D is unprofessional and should not disrespect and leave anyone in pain. Do NOT recommend Update: I called her office yesterday file my lab results and she is not going to review my labs results to me. I had to sign into Labcorp to see the results but I don’t know how serious some of the issues are so now I’m just wondering and worrying about the high levels of my blood results"
