"I honestly gave 2 stars because the nurses and front desk are good, and I would have given 1 star if it wasn’t for them. I had a 5 star review, but have since deleted it to reflect my recent experiences here. My kids have been patients here for years, since they were at their old location, and I have always liked this practice until recently. The LPN Beth has forced me to the point where I am going to find my 3 kids a new doctor. We have got her a few times, and every time we do, she is just so passive aggressive, I cannot handle it anymore(mind you I am hard headed and it takes a lot to get me to this point). Yesterday, I brought 2 of my sick kids to be seen. A nice training LPN first examined them, heard me out, and was very kind. Then Beth came in and it all went down hill from there. Besides her never ending attitude and the obvious fact that she must be miserable at work, she was very dismissive of my simple concerns for my kids. I make an appointment and PAY YOU to be our doctor, yet I am dismissed and rushed out of the appointment? Ironic because we’re usually the ones waiting for 2 hours. She came back in at the end, I had 1 last concern to address, and she literally had the audacity to imply that she needed to leave because *i quote* “I have other people waiting”. Okay? I wait just like everyone else and I have a question that will take 60 seconds of your time. I’m so done with this office. Such a shame that Beth has to ruin it for the whole office. Like I said, everyone else is kind and hears you out. As I’m leaving and checking out, she comes walking out of another patients room waving her hands saying “I can’t, I just can’t”. If you don’t have the patience to see babies, toddlers & kids - FIND ANOTHER JOB LADY!"

"Everyone is very friendly, but there is not a "traditional or holistic" approach like their website states. If you follow mainstream medicine they are great and very knowledgeable, but not with holistic medicine whatsoever."

"Most unprofessional Office I’ve been too. Waited over an hour and half today for a routine visit. Now I understand being understaffed and getting behind… but while I was waiting I watched 3 people attempt to check out, all while the checkout receptionist stayed on the phone…. In the waiting area and talked bad about a provider at this same office for taking the day off. “Is she in Puerto Rico, or is she in bed sleeping”. Then proceed to talk about how the doctor does not do what she’s supposed to do when it comes to prescribing controlled substances. This is the Spring Hill location, I can not speak for other locations, but if you’re looking for a professional office to take your children this is not the one! Not to mention it’s dirty…. Place doesn’t look like the floors have been swept in weeks."

"I wish I could put zero stars. Do not go here. I don’t even know where to begin. First off, any time I would bring my baby in with an issue he was having, they never knew what was wrong and also gave contradictory opinions. The billing lady Mary is extremely rude and unprofessional and no help at all. Also, I asked when I first brought my children here if they took my insurance and they said yes. Turns out they are not a network provider which I found out by calling my insurance company. And then they still argued and said they were. They keep sending me bills of over 300$. Which include $150 in gloves and masks THAT THEY DONT EVEN WEAR. Then, get ready y’all this is the best part, when I called the number that they listed to call if you have questions the lady I spoke to Heather was so disgustingly rude and actually hung up on me. She said she couldn’t understand my last name so I annunciated it for her and she hung up. Then when I called back and she answered the phone she answered with, are you ready because this is so insanely unprofessional I can’t even believe it, she literally said “are you ready to grow up?” And hung up again. Needless to say do not go here. They do not know how to properly handle your insurance information and will send you a huge bill that is not even correct. They also billed me for a visit after we left the practice and we didn’t even come in that day or have an appt. And they are including on the bill they sent me. How are you going to bill me when I wasn’t even in the office? We are now with Dr. Sami and he literally fixed all my sons problems after one visit. We went to abrakidabra for months and only got a run around. Do not bring your babies here. Staff is toxic and mean and not knowledgeable at all."
