"The online check in system is horrible. Their staff also expected the elderly to do the online check in also. I watched 7 people leave without completing the online check in process. This system is a joke. We waited over an hour to complete the check in system. There were only 2 people in front of us. Our healthcare system has truly lost its humanity. We are all just number in a system, reports and profit margins now. We are all no longer patience and human beings."

"The front desk was great. But the lady i saw. She was not very nice. Said I'd waited to long to come in. So she couldn't give me any thing to help me get better. She gave me 15 pills for a dry cough. nothing to help me with my chest. I only go in when I'm really sick. Don't think she liked me."

"Best urgent care I have been to the woman at the desk were and very kind professional. The nurse practitioner Mullins I believe his name is was very helpful he explained my situation very clear and made sure I understood what to do on my part! If I ever need to go back to an urgent care this will be my go to. Also I never do reviews so if I do write a review it means I most certainly have a great experience!"

"I scheduled an appointment for my DOT physical it was my first time there so possibly why I had an hr. wait due to processing paperwork and registering me into the system. The lobby is very clean and provides quite an abundant amount of seating to allow space for everyone without being crammed together. I left very satisfied with my experience. All the ladies and staff were quite pleasant and very professional. Not once did I feel rushed nor did I have any waiting time once I was brought back for my appointment. Very nice experience. Highly recommend. Thank you Ladies! Danielle"
