The wait staff was spearheaded by a young lady who is the daughter of the cook ( owner ? ). She was extremely professional and accommodating. The food was amazing and tasted deliciously fresh and juicy. I think the pics will tell the best story. I must make Indian express as a go to and a regular stop on my way home from Sanford"
