"I was given misleading information by Brandon. I did not complete the training program because I didn’t feel as though this program was a good fit nor did I take any certifications or receive employment. I was told by the contract company that the institution could cancel my contract but the institution has been giving me the run around and not responding to my emails. I also was told in writing that the total cost of the trainings were $12,995 but I was billed by a collection agency for $22,740. I have been reaching out for a very long time and have not been heard. I should have known this was a red flag by the ad being on Craigslist and simply wanting to possibly start a new career. Biggest regret ever :("

"They only get 2 stars because the instructor we had for our software training was amazing. She gets five but this place gets 0. It smelled like must and mildew. It was in our clothes when we left. The IT guy I believe was ABSOLUTELY RUDE. That building needs to be thoroughly renovated and cleaned. DISGUSTING!!!!!"

"I am very satisfied with the level of professionalism shown at New Horizons by every single staff member, from the Instructors to the Reception as well as the in-house Career Services. I was part of three different classes where each instructor showed me their true commitment to my educational goals and at the same time they gave me the tools to further my professional success. My take away is that the instructors have a single goal in mind, your success."

"My experience with New Horizons has been nothing but positive. The entire staff including Jennifer, Stephanie, Jerry, Arnaldo, Cory, Lisa, Heleny and Gary have been nothing less than professional. All are friendly and have the students' best interest in mind. The rate of flow of the information is very fast due to the amount of information that the instructors must cover but they make up for that by ensuring they provide adequate study resources beyond the classroom. They also provide exam reviews after hours to assist students in being able to pass their certification exams."

"In my opinion, New Horizons offers the best hands on training for IT skills. Not only are students are given knowledge that can be applied to their real world experiences but also that can help them pass certification tests. The instructors are very enthusiastic about the content that are teaching which creates an easy flowing learning environment. I personally have achieved 4 IT certifications through my experience with New Horizons. I highly recommend them as a teaching facility."
