"I have been going to this chickfila for years but recently they changed the interior. Before it was a perfect size and now it feels claustrophobic and like u can’t breathe. I wish the kept the regular interior."
"This location originally started out great. Now I have went to this location for breakfast & dinner & on 2 consecutive occasions my order was wrong. They were minor, like, salads with no salad dressing & instead of the yogurt parfait I was given hash browns. Super annoying but outside of that the food is usually good & the service is always friendly."
"I was first GIVEN the incorrect order. Now i get home and my salad is literally FROZEN a spicy westernsalad. I Will go to the miramar location from now on. This is not the first time i have a bad experience at this NEW location was giving it another chance."
"I am quite upset and dissatisfied with my order, they gave me 2 broken glasses, I lost the drinks without mentioning the disaster that caused, they did not put bacon on the hamburgers, they did not put the straws or sauces either. It's unfortunate that the same thing always happens when we order through the drive thru. The quality of service has deteriorated."
