"Scammy! Ordered an original they charged me for a Mexican chop chop - though I didn’t get sour cream or guacamole, charged me extra for the corn salsa topping which would go in a Mexican chop chop. They are not clear on what is extra when they ask what toppings you want. If I ordered an original just give me original toppings?? They don’t even greet you at the door and ask for tip. Not going back."
"I ordered a small teriyaki chicken bowl and selected double chicken for a price of almost $4. This is what I got. Insane."
"Food is great but there is a guy up front who likes to skimp out on servings. He served an large chop chop bowl and when I opened it, the depth of the rice was barely the height of the spoon. When you ask him to add more, he makes a face as if he's the one paying for the food. When you order a large chop chop, you should be getting a large serving. Otherwise you end up paying more for a larger bowl with the same amount of food as a regular serving. For that I would've just ordered the regular size if I knew you're going to skimp out."
"Food was not hot. But you could tell is would be good if it was. Food area kind of stale and messy. If you seek customer service, you won’t find it here. They nickel and dime you for sauces and accessories that normally comes with most foods. They charge a fee for every little thing except using the restroom. Oh yeah, but the staff has to give you a code to use that. The server weighed the chicken with paper cup."
