"Ordered through UBER. I got Cold, Burnt fries. Cold hamburger, wrapped in a sweaty paper bag (probably microwaved.) Flat soda. Not helped by Henry, who answered the phone when I called. He blamed the UBER driver for the food being cold! Added some lame excuse for the fries. NO it was the way food was packed. Hamburger was the worst quality geez. Fries probably the bottom of the barrel good enough for delivery…First time, Never again. By the way, I live in the neighborhood! Not far to go."

"I was shopping in the Miami Lakes area. I always wanted to try Burgerfi but never got a chance until now! To be honest there were some bad reviews that I believe stemmed from the fact that it was a new location that was understaffed! So, on a quiet Thursday afternoon I placed an order over their app! I was already in the store but I thought I would use the app, there are some benefits! So, I ordered the CEO burger, onion rings & received a large French fry free thru the app! There were about 5 or 6 customers waiting or placing orders. My food, cooked fresh, came out in about 10 minutes. I was asked if I'd like any sauces , at no charge! The burger was juicy, flavorful & cooked medium. The fries & the onion rings were hot & crispy! All in all, outstanding food. Hand-cut fries & onion rings! Tables in & out! Clean restroom! Very pleasant employees! Even a notch above 5 Guys!"

"I was craving a burger for the last couple of days and this by far was one of the best tasting burgers. I’ve had in a long time. I also got this order delivered and it was perfect. "What a horrible experience for a place that just opened! I ordered for pick up and the first red flag was a HAIR on my burger! Then my husband takes a bite of his burger and the meat is basically RAW when when we asked well done, and then we notice MOLD on the bread. Trust me when I say I will never buy food from this place again."
