"Arrived at 8:30P hoping to sit down and enjoy a good salad and found chairs stacked and told I could only order to go. The staff rushed preparing my salad . Got home and found they forgot to include the salad dressing and the salad was inedible.. Terrible experience with this location. Other locations are excellent in my experience. They should not publish a 9P closing time and close at 8:30P. Don't waste your time with this location."

"I've been a regular customer at this place since I work in front of it. Unfortunately, I can't help but express my frustration with the consistently poor service I've had during my visits. Each time is just a disappointing experience with the service. The soup is good, and I keep returning because of it. However, I've encountered several issues during my visits, including being ignored when trying to place my order and receiving less-than-helpful responses when seeking clarification about the menu. Today was the 3rd time that this happened to me, I'm ordering and the person just left without saying anything, and I had to wait 10 minutes for another person to come to take my order."

"I have been a customer of this business for long long years me and my family and in different locations basically I used to love it anywhere. I went last week to the one in miami lakes 154 st bought a salad and a soup total $19.78 The salad was 10.50 plus $3 for the tuna whose they charge aside The most ridiculous thing I have ever seen please look at the pics I have shared $14 For greens and 2 oz of protein which is the tuna I had The served the tuna I had to pay aside in the same TINY container as the dressing Beyond disrespectful and even more when I complained to manager very calmly she said that’s the way it is I don’t need to say I won’t come back Money does not grow on trees I think they have to treat customer Better and never forget the reason the my have a business in the first place is because of people like me"
