"I stopped in this morning on my way to work, I attempted to get a mountain dew but the syrup was out. I let the woman working know, she was watching videos on her phone behind the register so I had to get her attention. I let her know it was out, and she said she wasn't able to do it because she was the only one working, it was busy, and the box was to heavy for her to manage on her own. First off, if it was to busy for her to be able to take care of the store and run the register you should staff more employees during busy hours... Second, if she was so busy and short staffed, why was she on her cell phone? This has been a daily stop for me for a while and I often see this woman basically ignoring customers which should be addressed. The self check out does not take the place of a real human, especially when people are coming in for cigarettes or lotto.... For the self checkout line to have more than two customers in line while she ignores them is ridiculous. People stopping in on their way to work at 5-7 am do NOT have time to waste, and those on their way home from a grave yard shift definitely shouldn't be made to wait."

"I like it for its convenience, but in all honesty the store could use help. Some of the staff are just not willing to help you if you need it, gas is usually more expensive the right up the road (like they could care less if people wanted to go to a competitor), candy is ALWAYS over priced, and they have a high turn over."
