"I went in to place an order on 2/15/24 for a cravings box and was told it was online only. When I went online, there was an issue with the order system. I spoke with an associate who acknowledged there were problems but they could correct it when we pick up the order. When I went in to pick up the order, they told me they could not fulfill the complete order. I asked for a refund since I paid ahead online. I was told that since they did not complete the order I would not be charged. Now days later it cleared my bank. Not only was I lied to but the entire staff but especially the”manager” was rude and were not concerned about there lack of customer service. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!"
"I stopped eating Taco Bell for YEARS. My husband had a craving for it so we went to this location specifically and I ordered for the first time in a long time. I was not disappointed one bit. The staff there were super friendly and provided excellent service. The food was tasteful. We’ve repeatedly gone to this location several times since then and I’ve never been disappointed. The staff made me love Taco Bell again. Shout out to them for their hard work and dedication to excellent customer service. It shows every day. Thank you guys!"

"The best thing about this trip was the employees. I know...you usually don't get compliments, but they truly do get it today. Friendly, efficient, and really everyone seemed to be in a cool rhythm ."
"Kiosk ordering only. Food is slow and was delivered by a not so friendly person that put it together. Biggest complaint, where's my drink cup? Crunch wrap supreme was not so supreme, less than a half inch thick. Not at all like the thick photo. It was a bit thin."
