Hardee’s

"Was the worst Hardee's experience I have had. I ordered a Cheeseburger Combo and requested a chocolate shake in place of soda. When they handed me the chocolate shake it was a little over half full and looked like they just poured chocolate milk into the cup. I imagine if we had wanted whip cream on top they would have filled it the rest of the way up with the whip cream. I said 3 times "This is a chocolate shake?" Are you kidding me? Then I asked them to at least fill it up. I had water the shake I got for my friend who was with me . He didnt drink it like he normally does... when we got home I found out why.... they had just stuck vanilla ice cream in it an didnt mix it. My Burger tasted like it had been left over from last night. I WON'T BE GOING BACK!!!!! I gave them one star only because i had to pick one. WHAT HAPPEN TO HARDEE'S?"

"Every time I come here, the food takes almost 20 minutes to make and whenever I get the food, sometimes it's still raw. Explain to me how it takes so long when it's supposed to be fast food and if it takes so long, why is the food still raw? You guys have a bunch of high school kids working there and they don't wanna work. It's basic things too, chicken tenders and French fries, you put it in the deep fryer and then you take it out when it's done, not much skill or cooking. I've never gotten a burger but I can't imagine what they are like. I've tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt multiple times but I'm just fed up, won't be going any longer. Telling everyone I know too."

"Went here for breakfast this AM. Ordered a super sausage breakfast sandwich. Received a single patty on a biscuit. Nothing else on it, returned to only have them return two sausages on a biscuit. Nothing remotely close to what was ordered. Returned a THIRD time to be told by the staff that it was my fault and to come back again tomorrow so this isn’t repeated. From my understanding the customer is always right, both employees in the store were extremely combative and rude. I would not recommend this location if you value your time, money and are looking for a quick bite. I’ve never in my life been told it is my fault for the order I said completely correct to be given, COMPLETELY wrong. Good try Hardee’s, McDonalds was the better option anyways."

"Great place to make a pit stop if you are in Sarasota or surrounding area, because the Hardees is connected to a gas station/convenience store. Hardees is probably the best fast food burger (in Florida) and this one is managed very well. The Big Hardees burger was cooked well good amount of cheese and the steam was coming off it. Whoever the girl managing was doing it was an iron fist!! telling the employees whats what!! if i managed a restaurant or franchise i would hire her in a second. Only thing is the bathroom is disgusting but i dont fault them because they share it with the gas station and it looks like a lot of construction workers come through."
