The tostadas corn tortilla wasn't just a crunchy base, it has an amazing corn flavor that is it's own flavor profile equal to the toppings. The Pinchos (chicken skewer) was, I mean, I don't know what kind of magic they're using to make chicken taste that good. I don't remember the last time I had chicken that flavorful. Go get this food! lol"
