"This franchise is playing games with the drive thru line. You think as you pull up that there are only a few cars ahead of you. Wrong! Once they take the payment. They send you to park in the adjacent parking lot. Just so they can keep the metrics for the drive thru wait times down. Meanwhile there are ten cars sitting here waiting on orders in front of me. I came here due to a perceived wait time with hungry kids in the car as I drove by. This is misleading and disrespectful. The manager looks to have good service numbers for the store and in actuality they have customers waiting for orders of site. Cheating the system! I don't mind paying $32 for A kids meal and two adult meals. But to be misled, for the sake of fake performance is insulting."
"They dropped fresh potato wedges for me.... so kind. Everyone c was extremely pleasant even though it was 1029 am. Breakfast ends 1030. Very impressed how very pleasant they were!!! Food came out hot!!! Thx"
