"Josh at the pickup area refused to do his job by attending to the guest and was more focused on watching the bills game playing. I understand they have tvs around entire place but when a guest is trying to ask about their order they should probably take the time to look and speak to the guest. Very rude and disrespectful and does not care about the customers. The manager on duty was very respectful when I asked for her and got her order out right away didn't catch her name but she was very nice"

"Been going to this location for YEARS. Just ordered Uber Eats an HOUR before closing on a Friday night and yall had the nerve to serve us 20 pieces of BITS. I know you’re probably busy and I’m sorry for ordering from you guys on a Friday night but if I’m paying over $20 for chicken I expect an appetizer size of chicken for each piece, not the burnt ends that are left behind in the package when you’ve dump the frozen bag of chicken. Absolute trash, do better!"

"What a horrible experience order the appetizer platter don’t like onion rings asked for fries my waiter said he couldn’t substitute. My wings were so hard my fork could hardly pierce them. Definitely sat under a heat lamp for hours. The nachos had canned chicken it was awful. The cheese sticks were cold. $30 later and my waiter noticed I hadn’t really ate much of anything and really could care less. I will not be back the quality is just bad and $30 for lunch on this economy is a hard no for most."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I understand “dining in” you are more inclined to have a negative experience due to many variables. However, what I do not understand is getting an online order completely wrong as the information is specifically all there and leaves no room to misconstrue an order. My boyfriend and I specifically ordered and noted “ranch” and when we received our door dash order, there was 0 ranch. Secondly, the cheese fries looked as if I made them at home…There was hardly any cheese and not even completely melted. Not to mention, the cheese did not cover the fries at all. I would have not paid for those had I known. Third, I specifically asked for celery with our order and received none. Will not be ordering from here again. If mistakes like these happen so easily, I don’t even want to know what goes on behind closed doors and what they get away with…."

"It was not very busy but with Thanksgiving tomorrow, I get it. My food was good and was "as ordered" and came out timely & hot. This was a good experience and the food is worth the price with the only exception that I had a soft drink with dinner & asked for an unsweetened iced tea "to go" and was charged separately for both; no refill mind you. This was A FIRST."
