Taco Bell

"Came to drive thru with my 15 yr old and order one Doritos Taco only, no drink, no big order. As I am at the window my 15yr old changes her mind and wants a second Doritos Taco as he just arrived from an event. Nothing else he wanted. As I am at the window I asked the cashier Sarah R. (manager) if I may add another Doritos Taco to my order to make it two Doritos Tacos in total. No drink, nothing else. Sarah R. responded "no, you have to go around again" I was surprised and asked if it was within the policy to make the customer go around for an add on to the current order she replied "yes, it is part of our policy" so I went around again for a single Doritos Taco. I would understand if it was more than two items but a single one?! I came in the window at 12:13am on my first order and again at 12:17am. This is not convenient and it really do not make any sense. I felt that Sarah R. did not wanted to be there and did not wanted to service me and my son. It is very hard to trust stores, individual Frenchies with people or policies that do not work with the customer. I hope is not a policy having to make the customer going around for a second time just for wanting to have simple add on to the customer order. Love Taco Bell and hope this is not implemented in all of the restaurants."

"THIS Taco Bell location is a light calling to us in a sea of darkness. My power went out and my nuggets were in the freezer. Door Dash at 10 PM on a Tuesday provides limited options, and usually, the order is not correct. I chose to forget about my digestive system & ordered Taco Bell. Like a light in the night, my Taco Bell bag magically appeared on my doorstep. I Opened the bag to a neat, organized, beautiful bag of burritos. The straw was like the cherry on top. The soda was ~crisp~ and there was just enough ice to keep it cold, but not water it down. THANK YOU ANGEL, WHO IS WORKING AT 10 PM 09/26/2023."

"Great customer service I wish I would’ve got the drive-through lady’s name. She was awesome. Smiled presented the food with a smile. That is a fresh breath of air are usually fast food places especially Taco Bell. Everybody’s rude, but this place had great customer service so whatever you’re doing there, keep it up. Definitely gonna be my new place to go when I’m in the area. Awesome job by the team in associates. now onto the food, the hash brown was crispy fresh and very tasty. The steak burrito was fresh but it was very bland. Should’ve got sauce to go with it. That’s my fault because they asked me if I wanted some but it didn’t really have any flavor whatsoever but overall experience great."

"SMH!!! I NEED to let everyone know about this location. Let me tell you if there EVER was the epitome of customer service, it is here! A couple of days ago, I had to (car down) order food through DoorDash. I've not done that before, but I was buying dinner for my grandkids. Well, it just so happened that a bag got left at the restaurant or something, so I called, and I got Ms. Trey, the DM, on the phone. She apologized immediately, knew what happened, and offered to try and work on some type of gift card because I couldn't get up to the location. Well, I had no way to get there until today. I walked in, and a lovely man was at the counter (very pleasant), and I explained to him what had happened. I said I didn't need a GC if you could just replace the items that were missed. He walked over to a table that just happened to be where Ms. Trey was sitting and explained to her who I was and what I was asking for. She got up, came over to the register, and started ringing my entire order up, AGAIN, to make up for the error. She even offered me a drink. Folks, come on, in this day and age, where ALL you seem to see is Battle Royale when it comes to customer service, these folks have got it down, pat! The service was quick, the food was hot, and most of all, the personnel were delightful. Thank you. You made my day. I quietly cried in my car."
