"The last couple times I went to this Wendy’s customer service was great, and the workers were friendly. But this evening I went through the drive-through, and the girl that was taking my order, had no personality Was not friendly, and was very rushy when I was ordering and she seemed like she was annoyed when I had asked a question. If she doesn’t like her job, then maybe she shouldn’t be working there."

"Just as good as any other Wendy's. New building. Food was good. Just like any other fast food nowadays, expensive. It was just my 9 year old and I and our bill was over $20. Way to expensive for a burger meal and nuggets. The only reason they got a 5 star from me was the service and staff were excellent. Very nice and friendly people. If you go directly across the street to Popeye's, staff is outright rude. This new Wendy's is a blessing in Casselberry."

"I went through the drive-thru on a Sunday at 12pm. The line was already long however, I saw it moving quickly as I turned it. At the box, China was taking my order. She was awesome! Her service, efficiency, and smile was more of a reason for me to leave a review . She is a great asset to the team! I hope she is working when I go back :)"

"Stepped in for a very late lunch, went with the single patty Dave's combo with fries and a drink ($10). The burger was good, and bread, lettuce, and tomato were all fresh, though the mayo was a bit much. The fries were not soggy or limp. Inside was nice and clean with the music at a good level."

"Clean, staff was constantly wiping tables. Customer service was great, only issue I had was my fires where cold. The staff made sure it was corrected as I got fresh fries with no issues. Definitely the best wendys around the area if you ask me"
