"Don't bothering parking to order. It never fails they can't ever hear your order or they choose not to hear your order. They mess it up then when you complain about their mess up their "delivery" person gets an attitude. If you don't like customer service GET ANOTHER JOB! I'm so sick of this group of people in the work force that want to be paid so they can play on their phones. If you go through drive through, you have a pleasant person there. Your food order is correct. They are kind, polite and respectful. I enjoy talking to that person sometimes you get a really funny personality which I love meet great people with awesome personalities. So at then end of the day don't park. Just go straight drive through. Save yourself the headache."
"Got the BBQ pulled pork pretty good , only complaint was there were alpt of fatty pieces in it. Other than that I'd rate it a 3 outta 5."
"I really like their burgers, fries and tots are very good also. Service is really quick, compared to today's fast food standards. I enjoy the ability just sit in my car and have dinner or lunch."
"Should be 0 starts for what I got! I waited 15 minutes in the drive through for tots that were full of grease (a half inch of pure grease in the container), a cold burger and flat soda. This is by far the worst location I've been to. The terrible part was I didn't see the mess until it was too late as I was driving."
"Every time we come to this sonic the wait is always 10+ minutes for a drink only order. And when we do get our beverages they are no where near full. I love sonic drinks, but will go elsewhere due to the poor service and product. Photo is of drink when delivered—over an inch from the top."
