"Terrible location. Ordered door dash. EVERY single item was burnt. $50 order and not a care in the world. It’s despicable that as a society we are expected to accept this as the new normal. The fact that an employee saw they burnt my food and still proceeded to put in the bag speaks volumes. Ordered at 6:45am 2/15/24"

"Came through the drive thru around 11:15a today Friday the 19th of Jan. Ordered a large oat milk ice latte with 5 pumps of sugar free hazelnut. When I got to the window I even had a tip and the girl was super rude. I didn’t receive a receipt nor did my drink have a label on it. When I took a sip of a $7 drink, it had no flavor at all and it was regular milk- which I’m allergic too. I went in and politely said I don’t think this was made right and it is regular milk and no flavor. Two girls gaslit me and said sugar free is not sweet(even though it is-I get it all the time) and said it’s def oat milk (which it wasn’t. I get oat milk at the time) they were not nice at all and made me feel like I was stupid. They didn’t even remake the drink. I was gaslit about the milk and the flavor. I was a manager at Starbucks for years and have been in service industry so I understand mistakes happen and to be kind to people because we don’t know what they are going through, but this was unacceptable! We ended up calling DUNKIN IN FLEMING ISLAND and the manager happily remade our drink. The taste is completely different and in the right way. Will never be back to this Dunkin unfortunately."

"This is the closest location to my home, so I visit the drive thru often. I like to place my order on the app. There is a new fella they had out front the other day (trying to chik fil a) who gave me a hard time about wanting to place my order on the app so I could get exclusives and points. This morning I went thru the drive thru again for an order I had admittedly added to cart and had not hit submit. I could tell it was the same fella who was out front the other day. His customer service is horrible. I was asked by a woman if there was a problem, but both seemed so displeased to be there that I told her there was no problem. Also, my drink was only 3/4 full, and the young lady who handed me my drink told me “that’s just how it’s made” when I asked why the drink felt empty. Would recommend this location if you have points to claim, but will be using Daily Donut across the street if I don’t have rewards to cash in here."

"Went inside because I had questions and didn’t want to hold up the drive thru window. They now have a self-serve screen touch monitor. I did flag someone down letting them know I had a question. After waiting five minutes no one ever came back over and I left. Extremely disappointed."
