"Absolutely horrible every time I come. I thought it was just the team scheduled that makes the orders horrible. Now, I’m seeing that it is actually management that condones this horrible service. After asking for fresh fries…. I waited 20 plus minutes only to receive the same type of fries, they looked like they were dipped 3 times. I pulled off thinking, “I’ll just charge it to the game”. Maybe they were just having a bad day. Opening my sandwich… looked like it had been played with, all the ingredients’ juices blending together to make one big soggy slop for a burger. After asking for my money back, and being granted the opportunity, the manager proceeded to say to his team “ Good job everyone, you’re doing a really good job!”. Um…. What!?!?! Not having me spend a whole 30 plus minutes of my day waiting just to be disappointed, not including the time it’s taking me to write this. Definitely won’t be back, since I know the source and the cause for this type of service. It maybe ok for some but my standards are that my food is edible!"
"After placing my order 3 times at drive thru and then one more time at window. They still got my order wrong. No onions no tomatoes isn't that difficult. While at drive thru window I was told to pull around because my order was being made fresh. When I got back to my office which is literally 5 mins away, my food was ice cold. Absolutely terrible service from this location."
