"$2.50 for a McDonald's Hamburger???? When I asked the manager how in the world they felt that was ok...her answer "supply chain issues"! Meat isn't even real beef! Supply chain for fake food must be bad!!! Never going to this McDs again!!"

"Not sure what's going on with McDonald's but the term "fast food" doesn't apply anymore.. this location has always been slow and they usually get the order messed up if you go through the drive thru.. Today I went inside and ordered what I would think is the usual for a place like this.. I was the only customer inside and somehow it took 25 minutes to get a ¼ pounder with cheese and 2 cheeseburgers.."

"I can’t stand this location. This is close to my work so I come for lunch sometimes. McDonald’s never really had the quality down but they were always cheap and quick. That’s not the case at all anymore. This location is the most expensive in the area. I don’t think there’s a single location within 20 miles that has higher food prices. A quarter pounder with cheese meal (medium) is just shy of $11.00. All of their prices appear to be 20-30% more than surrounding McDonald’s locations. I use the app with discounts to get it down a little so I use curbside when I do pick up. It was 20 minutes after I checked in that I got a notification that my order was on its way out. Then another 15 minutes went by and I decided to go in. My order had seemingly been sitting out for a while (food was cold, fries stiff) when they grabbed it from the back and I didn’t have a single minute to spare to ask them to remake it because my break was wasted waiting for my food. The employee (nothing against her) didn’t give any kind of apology for the wait. It’s supposed to be fast food. If they’re having a labor shortages, I can give some leeway. For the prices they’re charging though, 30+ minutes is a ridiculous wait time, no matter how busy the lunch rush is. The food is abysmal, and prices are the highest in the area, and the speed of service and order delivery is completely absent from this location. You’re better off going to the neighboring Wendy’s for a couple bucks more for much better quality of food and faster service. McDonald’s just isn’t as convenient as it used to be, and this location is especially bad."

"When you ask for fresh food, no one listens. Not the crew member taking the order, not the crew members making the order and certainly not the manager. In fact, I should not have to ask for my food fresh anyway. It should be the standard. The crew member taking the order looks at you crazy and does not talk to you. She just plays with her hair. I'm so disappointed. Do better McDonald's!"

"98% positive they used a mcdouble burger patty for a 1/4 pounder with cheese. Waited 3 months tried it again, i know times are tough but why get a large fry with 40% missing?(no they are not in the bag and have only had 1 so far)"
