"Why does it take 30 minutes to get a drink here? Especially when it’s ordered ahead through the app….Or to realize you don’t have drink I ordered? It’s not a one time problem either. It’s over and over again…"
"I took a break from this place, and every-time I do I understand why. I won’t go back. Between the rudeness of the employees (not the first time complaining), them being out of stuff, and stuff taking ridiculously long and not even being hot. My daughter even heard the attitude tonight and said why are they being rude. Didn’t even order and left. Go anywhere but here, not worth it."
"Customer service was excellent! Staff very friendly. I placed a mobile order and an item I ordered was unavailable and I was told I could get another item free of charge, but was still charged for the unavailable item. The food smelled and tasted like old grease and it was like $40 worth of food that mostly was wasted. I don't usually eat at this location but was in the area and my kids wanted Sonic. Don't get me wrong, I love me some sonic, but...I'll just keep to my Orange Park Blanding location"
"Not sure if the food was even safe to eat - I tossed it after seeing lots of black stuff floating around in my red drink. Placed a mobile order and was told at the stall that they're "not taking stall orders tonight". Got none of the condiments I ordered. The employee was polite but it was clear they didn't have enough support and were possibly working alone. Will not be back."
"Took 30 minutes to get our food. Then the order was wrong. Lady seemed to have an attitude because no one was getting their reciepts. I paid 36 dollars come on. And not to mention the lady I was with got everything wrong. They need to get more employees. Not acceptable."
