Ruby Tuesday

"We love our local Ruby Tuesdays. We went there for a quick family dinner. They have a wide variety of drinks and a great children’s menu as well. Michael our server was impeccable and attentive. Thank you all as always. As a side note, can you please bring back the tomato soup?"

"We went on a sat evening about 630pm...the place was NOT busy at all especially for this time of season and it being a weekend for the location...the customer service was okay but the food was horrible...they were having major issues with their cooks while we were there, there were 4 tables not including ours that had to send at least one plate back to the kitchen 3/4 times and still wasn't right!!! I got the deconstructed kabobs they were decent but my hubby got the salmon took one bite out of it and noticed 1 the temp was not right the color wasn't right and it was rotten on the bottom!! My hubby is a salmon lover Soo it's safe to say he has had his fare share in his lifetime and knows what he should be getting...didn't even try to cook it more substitute comp it nothing she brushes it under the rug and said it was the fatty part and normal...I know typically it would be a supervisor or manager that has to approve it but she didn't even attempt to get management mind you we had already waited over 45 mins for our food the first time and after witnessing what I did with multiple other tables we just told her to give us the bill... If it wasn't for my character and the season it is our server would not have received a tip...I gave her a tip...don't come for me!! What I mean is we typically tip 30% of our bill when the average is 18%, she only got 18% our bill and could have made more her attitude sucked!!!"

"1st time and the service, food everything was great! We had a whole restaurant to ourselves and decided to sit at the bar. The server was great, made suggestions, friendly, professional. The salad bar was on point. The cocktails amazing. The only complaint was we ordered 2 fireball shots at the end and paid over $17 for just the shots. The kabobs were also slightly over seasoned. However, I’m definitely coming back and highly recommend trying."

"Restaurant is definitely ran smoothly. You can tell they have a system in place. The staff was friendly and professional . The restrooms were clean. You are greeted upon arrival. The manager was definitely on the floor with staff making sure everything was going well.Orders came out promptly after ordering. The steak that was made was cooked perfectly, Hickory chicken was tender and everything ordered was great. This location is for sure one to try. I will be returning. Thanks for a perfect dining experience."
