"Worst McDonald's in clay county, but what can you expect from McDonald's! I hate to say it but ignorance is bliss. Seems to be employment problems in this country when u pull up & ur greeted with ”what u want!?” biotch! I'll take a better attitude......(fukfase!)"

"Half of the menu board wasn’t working so I couldn’t see the menu or the prices. The lady at the drive-through said she could take my order and then told me to stop because she was helping somebody else. Then I ordered two things and she told me to pull up when I wasn’t even finished ordering what I wanted, then I get to the window and she tells me she can’t give me a receipt because they don’t have any working printers. So now I don’t have a receipt I need for a business expense. Drive-through was also very slow and not very efficient. Probably won’t come back here anytime soon."

"The food was exactly what I expected, the. Microphone wasn't working too well & I believe it affected the service (this the 4). The staff was working together to overcome technology issues & serve the customers. Didn't slow things down much & they kept a good attitude. I'll be back!"

"Placed an order through the mobile app. Pulled into the drive-thru. The lady on the intercom asked me for my mobile number, which was not on the mobile app. After fumbling through the app and my emails, I finally told her I didn't have the number. Told her my name and she immediately found the order and told me to pull up. My issue is it took several minutes of me telling her that I could not locate the order number before she finally said she could locate the order by my name. Locating my order by my name should have been offered sooner. Even several hours later my order appears in the app, but not the order number. This process was not customer-friendly."

"McDonald's has gone on a long journey to Declineville. The food has become just barely edible, portions are smaller, prices are rising higher than ever and the restaurants are usually dirty and disgusting. Some of the staff look friendly and presentable but others look like hobos off the street. This particular location has a nice staff. I won't criticize them except this one young man who doesn't seem to have a clue. The food is just not worth your hard earned money anymore. I speak of the entire company not this location in particular. I criticize this location based on quality of food and high prices. I won't be eating here anymore because it's just not worth it. In some other McDonald's locations a big Mac meal is over $15. Yes, it has gotten crazy."
