"Today I bought 2 tuna sandwiches...we made the line...Kelly took care of us...we asked her to take the dough out of the bread so we could make the sandwich but Kelly did it with a bad attitude and preferred to pass the bread to another person to serve us... then Kelly left us waiting in line, she didn't finish making the sandwich and she began to serve an American family who were behind us because we spoke Spanish... my boyfriend spoke to her in English but she was annoyed with us, her discriminatory attitude was very strong....how much she took care of American people, she took care of us...a person like that should not be giving service, we are all the same.910 Sebring Square.., Sebring, FL 33870 I would not return to this place...it is the image of a brand of a company...if you are in a job it is because you like it and you are not obliged to do it"
"Commercial food is commercial food. I must say, it's been a while, since I had come back to this location. They have changed how it looks, however, what make the difference? is the individuals behind the counter who are providing customer service, Subway should honestly feel blessed to have Mike behind the counter. Mike is definitely last of the Mohigans when it comes to Hospitality, Great service, Great attitude, Great knowledge. One can only hope, that they recognize how valuable he is. Thank you again Mike, your a Gentleman at the busiest time of day, to when your wrapping up to go home for the evening. Look forward to visiting again....."
