"If I could give this place zero stars I would. This location has some serious management issues. The manager there was extremely rude and was speaking very poorly and LOUDLY about her coworkers. The workspace seems unfriendly and unsafe. I was also OVER charged for my order to which she said there was nothing she could do about it as a manager. Right… There isn’t even a phone number to call and speak with any one of higher management. But all is well because I have a current investigation going on with the local better business bureau."
"Service was very slow. Customers were lined to the door. The specialty coffees seemed to hold up everything. The parking lot is exceptionally small."
"I walked in needing 5-dozen donuts last minute for work, and the two girls working went above and beyond to accommodate me in a timely manner. There was another girl who was off shift at the time who willingly got behind the counter to help her coworkers fill my order quickly. I only remember one’s name— Rasta— I wish I could remember all of their names because they were all amazing and I really appreciated them not making me feel like a huge inconvenience (even though I probably was)! They had my order filled in the blink of an eye! The girl who was off shift even helped me carry my order to the car because I had too much to carry by myself in one trip. All three of them are incredible and I hope they know how much their amazing customer service meant to me that day! On top of everything, the store was clean and the donuts were fresh. Thank you to everyone that helped me that day! "
"The coffee is delicious but the loaded hashbrowns weren’t very warm and half full, on the app it looks filled nearly to the top. So i went to another dunkin and they were very kind and the hashbrowns were fresh and hot and a little bit more full. The 3rd photo is Avon Park Dunkin."
"Food is good, I would get some with my family to brighten up the day the donut boxes are the best and coffee is good for my mother's standard. But it's the parking and wait time in the drive thru. It's not the services fault, but more of the love for breakfast."
