"There should be a rating scale which allows for negative rating giving a 1 for this experience is giving way too much. After getting my order with nothing correct. I called back to let them know and the female who didn’t provide her name was absolutely RUDE. She tells me that I was asked if the could substitute my order and I agreed. I attempted to explain but was cut off by her asking “What can I do for you?”"
"Food is always fresh and made with care at this location and the customer service (management especially) is some of the best! It’s refreshing to get actual genuine good service from a fast food restaurant in this day and age and this location always delivers exactly that."
"Very bad smell like someone pee inside. It was very hard to breathe during ordering the food."
"We both became ill after eating. That’s never happened at Popeye before. Our order was incorrect. We ordered 2 spicy 2-piece meals. What we received was chicken tenders and one 3-piece non-spicy chicken. They did get the potatoes correct. We did not correct them with the order mishap. Very disappointing visit."
"Stopped in while passing through town, we had t had breakfast, it was approaching 2pm and we were all super hungry. I had the new blackened chicken sandwich with black beans and rice and a biscuit, another order was chicken tenders, fries and mashed potatoes. Everything was super fresh and hot. The employees were very friendly. Restaurant was clean. Easy to get and and off from the Highway. Next time I’ll have to try the macaroni and cheese."
