"I give three stars for the effort and the food. This location has the SLOWEST drive thru service I've ever seen. I went to this location a few weeks back and sat in the drive thru for over 20 mins and when I got to the window, and he read my order to me it was wrong, so they had to re ring up my order and rebag my food correctly. When I got home the food was cold and sub par. I went to a different location with my mom and grandma a week later and they were quick and the food was great. So I decided to give auburndale a 2nd try tonight. I sat in the drive thru for 30 mins and when he handed me my milkshake the lid popped right off and started dripping all over the place due to the cup being over filled. He saw I was struggling and said "um would you like some napkins?" Noooooo. Yes I would like some napkins please, I said. He gave me all the napkins he had and I was on my way. Then to add insult to injury the milkshake is so thick I couldn't even drink it on the way home to try and reduce the messy over flow. By the time I got home it was all over me, my hands, my steering wheel and cup holders. The food is warm at best. I don't think I'll be going back to this location any time soon."

"I was so disappointed. I live about 5 mins from here and when I got home almost all our food was cold. I had to heat it up in the microwave. I will say the pretzel was great. I ordered the 5 peice chicken tenders dinner. They were tiny little pieces. The "garlic bread" was just toasted bread. No garlic. The kids had to tear the corn dog apart to eat it. My daughters Hamburger was okay. Definitely not worth $48. It was $11 just for my meal. I won't be back."
