"They were good the first two times I ordered from them. The pizza has suck every time I try to say hay kids it pizza night. The thin crust at Pizza Hut is supposed to be crispy, every time it has been tasting like a microwave pizza. The customer service from driver when one is available sucks. Also they tend to get the order wrong. It new to the area hopefully they can turn it around or we will just go back to little Cesar’s. For the amount you spend here you as customer deserve better."
"Ordered delivery . Waited for an hour and 20 minutes no pizza . Called store and they said they didn’t have a delivery driver and we’re trying DoorDash but no one picked it up . Said it was in the warmer for the last hour . We asked to cancel and refund they said ok thanks. Unprofessional at the least"
"They were good at first. But they have started to suck. Hand tossed dough is now flat as thin crust like old dough. The lady I call tells me one thing then calls my husband and questions what I said with attitude and says to bring the pizzas. Other day taller white dude and a shorter cubby girl are horse playing cussing and flirting. The older man running the register had to yell at them to knock it off and they continued."
"Food places take a lot hits when "bad" stuff happens, but in this case, my experiences have all been great at this Pizza Hut. They're trying - really hard - you can tell, as a branch that just opened and are trying to get in the groove of business. I've always found them to be great - and the food has always been good, as well. I have zero complaints - and thus the 5 stars."
