"Worse BK experience ever! These people in this store look miserable working. Starting with the drive-thru person rude & rushing you for your order! Then the girl who delivers the food, a dark skin lady who I requested Mayo & looked at me and said I dont have any mayo, gave me my food & I always check & it was a ham & egg croissant which I ordered a sausage & egg she took the sandwich from me & put it by the window went and grabbed another sandwich that was seating there & gave it to me. Im sure the sandwich I touched that had the ham was for the person behind me who im sure she messed up and like nothing happen she just put it in his bag, & I went to check it again & i find that half of the sausage & another small piece from the picture I posted when I tell her hey I dont want this, she tells me with a NASTY attitude why because is broken & smiles, I said yes it looks like it has been bitten off! She turns around to the kitchen & grabs another sandwich & gives it to me, I said & u said u dnt have mayo right? She turn around with a face mumbling something grabs a sundae lid & fills it with mayo & hands it to me. Acting the whole time like I was getting my food for free no I was not I paid for my food! I have never been to this bk for breakfast and I would never do it again either."

"Placed drive through orders the past two weeks and brought back home a cold Whopper while my wife's impossible Whopper was warm as were the fries. I live only five minutes from this store."

"I moved to Lakeland in March of this year and have had Burger King one time due to getting food poisoning from the one on Bartow Rd. Haven't had any Burger King since. Today while out and about 1 thought I'd give this location a chance; and boy am I glad I did! Service was impeccable, quick, and on point! Food was fresh, hot, made exactly how I ordered and delicious! So glad I stopped here; and very much worth the drive to come back! Burger King on US 92 Auburndale; YOU ROCK!"

"Our order was simple. No one in drive thru but we were told to drive around and they would bring it out. There 2as a line already waiting on food. They were making people drive around and wait to save their drive thru time. Waited 15+ minutes. Will not return to this Burger King."
