"We tried the new Big Mac sandwich. Only one word can describe it...AWFUL! The hamburger patties were so salty and 15 minutes after trying to eat it, I throw it up and not deliberately. I Immediately got cramps. Buyer Beware!"
"Every time we go thru here, there's always a problem. I can use the app at any other location, and not have a problem. But here? They never have my food ready, and 9 out of 10 times they don't even have my order information. The leadership is uninformed, and makes excuses as to why they're incompetent. They're always blaming the app, and corporate for why they can't do their job. One of the worst McDonald's in polk County."

"I work here, so I will admit bias, but I have seen this store come a LONG way. I started May 2022, and this store has been getting better since not long after that. We had a new general manager who really got this store into shape. Our food is much higher quality now, our crew is more skilled and polite, and we have better management to keep the store running better than ever. I can promise that we will deliver the best experience possible, and if for any reason we fall short, let us know and we will correct the issue. also since I'm writing a review, the mcchicken is my favorite and i recommend it always"
"If I could give less than one star at this McDonald's I would for sure! We made the mistake of not checking our food before leaving. My wife and son went inside the Auburndale McDonald's ordered then went right home. Look at these pictures as they tell the whole story.. All of the buns were burnt and the chicken was burnt. The sandwiches were not edible and had to throw away. Their is no way you can tell me someone didn't see how burnt these chicken sandwiches were. We thought this location was getting better with service,as you can see I guess not! For years now we have had poor customer service and your going to pay these workers $ 15.00 or more per hour!!! Thoroughly disgusted with this location..."
