"I don’t know why it’s so hard to give customers the correct order been here multiple times and multiple times I have had to contact them because order is wrong or has missing items. They need hire new people that can actually run the restaurant correctly. I’m sorry but I have work for fast food restaurants in the past in some of the busiest cities and I have never seen a restaurant so unorganized, dirty, ill mannered like this one. I don’t like to leave reviews but I had to on this one. SMDH."

"Some big sandwiches are but one get second one for a dollar, so I went for the filet o fish. Too much tartar sauce and glad I hadn't drove away yet because I had to ask for plenty of napkins. Though m messy, it was delicious."

"Unfortunately, I use this location due to it being next door to my job. Countless times do I tell them no pickles or onions only to either get both of them still or it's only one of them. Even though I order the same thing almost every time before I can even finish saying what I want they cut me off to ask me about my drink. Probably why they miss the pickles and onions since they aren't paying attention. You can be polite and use manners but they will just pass you a bag and close the window in your face and never speak a word to you."

"Ordered from kiosk in lobby. Did not get a receipt. Since we paid with a credit card, we needed a receipt. When food was delivered to table, asked the server for a receipt. Was advised I would have to go back to register and request one. Went up. Manager tried to find our order and couldn't. Asked what we ordered. I told her. She was looking through something on register. I told her my food was getting cold, so I would go back to table and eat and would pick up receipt when we were finished eating. After eating, went up to get receipt. Did not see the manager. The server I had spoken with previously said they had not located our order, but they could get us a receipt, but it would take a while. Since we had groceries in the car, we had to leave without a receipt. Don't think it was an unreasonable request for a receipt."
