Dunkin'

"I have to say that the Dunkin Donuts in Apollo Beach ROCKS!!!! I say that because when I stoped at this DD location it was disgusting. The food presentation was horrible. They have the pancake wraps and this location does not even have the white trays that the food is supposed to be in and then you put it into the paper sleeve. OH NO..this DD just threw the wraps in a paper sleeve and stood them up in the bag. Now I have the wrap looking like a ball of mess, melted cheese all inside the paper sleeve which is hard to get out without you having cheese all over your hand. Then you have to rip the pancake wrap out from the bottom of the bag and is basically unappetizing at this point! I will say that the female store manager today was extremely pleasant! She said would refund me my money but I refused because they truly work hard. She did say that they were a franchise or an individual owner. I can’t remember but if the Owner or franchise reads this, they need to bring some trays so the employees can make food prepped the right way. It’s definitely not the employees fault but rather the owners/franchise trying to save money. I will never go back to the DD in Sun City. (Drive-Thru) Employees were great but the owners/franchise should be ashamed of themselves. I will definitely stay with my DD in Apollo Beach."

"They gave us expired creamer that literally curdled as it hit the coffee. We also ordered 50 munchkins and half was the flavor we said not to add. They also gave us a hard time when we came back to get it fixed. The lady's lied to our face about there screw up while also admitting to it. I never had a bad experience before."

"Thank you for giving an actual cup of coffee and not water that smells like coffee! I don't know what is going on with some of these other locations, but lately, they've dropped the flavor ball. I go to Dunkin for coffee that is fresh and fully brewed. I appreciate you so much. Keep up the great work and keep America running on actual coffee!!"

"Always great any Dunkin you go to was in Tampa for a weekend Dunkin was across the street ..went to get an iced latte and a charlie for my granddaughter .staff was great .and you have to try the new lemon cake was delicious when I came back to Vero went to my Dunkin my Dunkin and they hadn't gotten it yet they do now .back in Tampa again love to stay at the comfort inn it's right across from Dunkin east access"

"The service for a drive thru mobile order placed 10 minutes ahead of time was trash. Showed up and still had to wait 20 minutes plus for the 4 drinks. Always some machine or other excuse.. maybe try servicing the equipment and it wouldn’t be broke. Secondly prioritize your orders. Service is worse almost every time we come"
