"Went to Wendy's today to get something to eat walked in says no cashiers not no cash.. That is fine however my app would not go through in the store so I asked one of their clerks for help they have no clue on how to use their own apps and will not help you walked out. There seems to be no more customer service they don't care anymore. Only excuses."
"Waited at the register for 10 mins as multiple employees looked at me, but didn't bother to try to take my order. Bought one of those free ice cream for a year tags that you cannot scan at the self service. *after 3 weeks someone unsuccessfully attempted to access my Wendys rewards account multiple times causing it to become locked... coincidence?"
"Went to the drive through last night around 11:45pm ... asked if they had any gluten free items as we had a passenger with special needs who has a severe gluten alergee. They quickly barked back "absolutely not, now hurry up and order!" Mind you there was no-one in line and never was. Then once we were ready to order they said it was a cash only location ... in 2023 .. seemed very suspect .. we left due to the poor customer service and will not return in the future."
"I wouldn’t recommend this Wendy’s to no one they are horrible!! I order a croissant and my sausage was burnt then had no cheese also ordered sausage and gravy biscuits they were so hard you could break your teeth and the gravy looked old and had way to much pepper on it so I went to take it back to the counter and the manager was very rude and said what is the problem now and threw are stuff away with an attitude very disrespectful there floors are dirty and there tables were not wiped down and the food is very disgusting I am very surprised they are still in business be aware if you come to this Wendy’s awful!!!!!!!!!"
