"As soon as you walk into the store, they’re not welcoming as well as the staff is not really communicate the best they charge me three dollars for guac on my bowl that I got and they could’ve gave me more but they just charged me to put a little bit in my bowl. If you don’t tell them to fill up the bowl, it ends up being like a quarter full. Their customer service needs a lot of attention, as well as the prices for what their survey should be lowered. Joke they give you a bag and then fill it up. Maybe they charge you $1.59 for that. Was not impressed."

"Went in to order and the employees got the order completely wrong. I asked for a double rice and salsa on my kids meal and instead they gave me beans and rice. And then they served me a HUGE amount of sour cream on my bowl. I thought Posner chipotle was bad but this one is way worse. Chipotle do better. Presentation is everything"

"Wouldn't let me order a Quesadilla, saying it's online only then proceeded to gaslight me telling me that not on their menu. I have been ordering quesadillas at every other chipotle I've been to for years. The guy at the counter seemed to have no idea what he was doing."
