"Absolutely will not recommend this place . I ordered two subs and paid for them online and there was an older guy who said he was the assistant manager that was Very rude telling me he’s not taking orders even though my card was charged . I politely asked if it can be resolved and he started getting smart for no reason telling me that I was trying to “act like the customer of the year “ for simply asking to get my food that I paid for and ordered. His response was you aren’t getting food because you will be getting it free” that is absolutely insane even though I showed him confirmation of my order and card being charged ."
"Not sure her name but the young pretty woman that always helps us is so patient and friendly. She never slows down and helps every customer with the same enthusiasm, even when they aren't very kind. She's a gem and I hope she gets paid as such. She is such an asset and if she left, I would go to the other location down the street. She's the reason we come in"
"They have 2 people working but only one doing all the sandwiches. Stop what your doing and help the customers waiting once they are all helped go back to what your doing . I should not have to wait 20 mins. Or have people working that move with a purpose and want to help their customers. This is not how u run a business,."
