"Went for a quick trip to a Chicfila in my moms neighborhood here with my daughters, mother, and little sister before going home to South Florida. My daughter was eating her #3 nugget meal and noticed there was a hair in her food- we knew it couldn’t be hers or mine because she had braids and I have locs- and the rest of us have dark hair. When she noticed it, she pulled it and called to me disgusted and it was the longest blonde/orange/red, curled hair at least 18 inches long. I called for the crew leader Ashley to address it- not only did she apologize profusely, but acknowledged it had happened it the past and has been a problem at this location with the breaders/friers. I asked for her to just please bring my daughter a new meal with fries and she said she could replace the nuggets but the fries would be too much. She came back shortly after with new nuggets but at this point all of us were concerned for hair in our food and had A Lot of anxiety finishing our food. Honestly wish I coulda just been refunded and got outta there. I believe service was great, Ashley was great, and there was a nice atmosphere but I wouldn’t EVER come back and would recommend everyone else be mindful when eating here IF YOU CHOSE TO. Do not recommend unless you wanna risk it."
"Just came from there, ordered to go. For the 3rd time in a row I got a salad and didn’t bring a dressing. Today also, I ordered the salad with the grilled nuggets and I just got like 5 pieces of a very cold chicken that wasn’t even nuggets. I ordered the salad without corn cause I’m allergic and guess what? They gave me corn again. Ohh and also, I ordered a kids meal for my daughter and it didnt bring either the toy or the fruits! Such a bad experience and a disappointment , definitely not going back to this store again."
"the clean lady work perfect and hard. i stay like 40 minutes and she never stop. she is the best"
"Delivery and they got the order right! (Except they forgot the sauces) . I needed some soup because I was sick last night and needed something to eat. Their soup is so good and definitely hit the spot. So did the coke. The fries were very soft and I like them a bit more crispy aka well done. The others loved their nuggets, as usual."
