"My wife found celiac disease and they did an amazing job in helping her have her dinner and a gluten-free celiac manner. I can't thank you enough We were a group of 4 and we all had great meals...... The steaks were cooked perfectly.... Our special thanks to the kitchen manager who was instrumental in making sure that my wife had a totally gluten-free meal. Thank you so very much"

"This was by far the worst Applebee's that I have ever been to. The service was very slow and I am sure that is due to being short staffed. The drinks that had been placed came super late. When they did come I noticed the cups were dirty. That is nasty and unacceptable. I was already drained from events prior all I wanted was something to put in my stomach, or at least something to drink. By the time the food came out none of my guest wanted to eat there. I couldn't even touch my food which resulted in me nearly passing out. After that chaos I went outside came back in paid and got the hell out of there. Other guest that were with me said that they did not feel good after they ate their food. I do not recommend this place and will never stop here again."

"I see why this chain restaurant is facing extinction. The service is absolutely horrible because of the lack of staff. The food is not great. I ordered a basil tomato soup which was ok but they wanted to charge me $7 for half of a small bowl(pictured). The portion of the soup was outright insulting. For $2 I could have just opened a can of tomato soup and had at least 3x the amount of soup. I ordered the kids Mac n cheese and it was dry, The 5 cheese Mac n chicken was not horrible but not that good, tasting like a regular Mac n cheese but definitely couldn't taste the other cheeses. The whisky burger was pretty good and so were the fries. I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon."
