"Drive thru not working, have to pull up and order at window. Waited 10 minutes for 16pc tenders to get home only to find out they were cold. Had to put them in the microwave. Since we waited so long, you would think they were fresh and hot. Nope!!"
"I went inside the restaurant ,service was decent. Most of the food was good but the coleslaw was very spoiled sucks that’s one of my favorite parts of the meal just not worth taking it back. They really need to clean the parking lot and the back of the store outside."
"Every time you come in the night and go thru drive thru. It's usually an hour with radio silence until you get to the window. No one says anything and everybody is just waiting around only to find out they only take cash or they don't have any chicken. Literally it's a way of milking the clock. All the same reviews and no one from management has fixed the issue. Will call corporate to complain"
"It is now four times we have received the wrong order. Even the chicken bucket and tenders has the wrong amount. It is completely intentional when you constantly receive wrong amounts of chicken or no biscuits. We have had to return numerous times! Awful service when they make a joke out of it. Missing biscuits No Mac n cheese Incorrect number of chicken Incorrect number of tenders *Stealing from customers constantly We will not be going back here any time soon. Higher management needs to step in and step up"
"The new Ghost pepper wings are the smallest I've seen in my life. Almost like my thumb, and it tastes just like your regular spicy seasoning on your regular chicken, nothing ghost peppery about them wings."
