"I ordered a mash potato/macaroni/chicken tender bowl online and picked it up. I ordered bbq sauce with it and didn’t know they spread the whole bbq sauce all over the food. I know it’s an inconvenience to remake the bowl but I asked politely if I could have it remade with the bbq on the side and the lady said “yeah well now we have to remake it”. The man there remade it and the lady said “here!” When giving it to me. She then said “next time…...”, and I already knew she was probably going to tell me to let them know I wanted the bbq sauce on the side, so I interrupted and said “there was no option on the app for me to put in that I wanted it on the side”. The man then said “well yeaahh it’s a special order”. I said okay thank you and left. I understand it’s an inconvenience to remake the food but there isn’t a need to be so rude. Staff needs more training on customer service. Also, please add an option on the website for special instructions."
"Night time management needs more training on customer service. Ordered a panini and paid for my order and went to pick it and was told I had to pay and the same guy that charged me (manager)was trying to make me pay again, had to show him bank statement showing that I just paid at their location, not sure if he charged me someone else's stuff but didn't handle the situation professionally."
"For the first time in a long time, they were finally stocked up on french vanilla cappuccino. I think I found the perfect time to come, in between the early morning rush and lunch. I love french vanilla cappuccino with a little french vanilla creamer to top it off. It's so satisfying and so good. Cheers to a great day! And, the service here is impeccable."
"Nice location. But didn’t seem busy inside. I like also the back entrance and parking lot. Lots of gas pumps. Good coffee (as usual) I got a breakfast sandwich which was wonderful. I recommend Wawa any location."
