"I have NEVER EVER SEEN SUCH A DISGRACE IN A RESTAURANT EVER! I'm not sure which ones were worse the so called manager didn't know how to to answer anything about the restaurant or the app. The kids that worked there were rude, disrespectful, and very slow on purpose because they were not in a hurry! It shouldn't take 30mins to make 2 sandwiches!! I don't recommend this place at all!! I would say order beforehand but that was a joke as well they still made you wait for your food another 15mins after you arrived. I understand now why this place goes through so much GM and staff. Whoever owns this district really needs to step up and take responsibility for this mess. Stop hiring bodies and start hiring responsible adults!"

"NEVER ORER ONLINE: they have gotten my online order wrong 3 different times, I go in and they're helpful and can make the sandwich right, but I see no point in wasting my time and gas to order online only to get home and having to go back because they forget half of the stuff that goes on the sandwich even though they have the ORDER RECEIPT in front of them."

"The manager miss Venita is such a sweetheart every time I go. I normally order through the app and by the time I get there, she already has my order ready or is working on it. Even the rest of the crew are always helpful and attentive. They all address me by my name, which is a nice touch. The food is always good, no complaints there. Place is maintained properly, clean and decorated nicely. Definitely a place to go. Just be mindful that on peak times, there might be a bit of a wait."

"The drive through cashier was rude. He didn’t say my total or my order when I pulled up, just stared at me. I gave him $20 because the computer I ordered on said $18.78. Now he decided to tell me my total was $20.09. I ask if he’s sure because the computer said $18.78. He rudely reads my order and repeated the $20.09 total. I give him another dollar and he gives me the change. I ask for the receipt. He seemed annoyed as he snatched it off the line of receipts. I looked at it quickly and realized the $18.78 was before tax. I tell him thank you. Then he just stared at me. I say Thank You again and a little louder, then he slammed the window closed. Almost immediately I get my order (which is very impressive at this Subway because they are always slow.) I pulled around front and figured I would give immediate feedback. It says on the receipt, “If it’s not right….I will make it right!! Call me Jermaine Ricks” and the phone number. I tried calling, but it just rings and rings and no one picks up. 1 star for the service, but the food isn’t bad."
