"The service is always friendly and reasonably quick despite always being busy. The food is good and consistent which meets the expectations I have for a Chick-fil-A restaurant. I can always rely on this Chick-fil-A for a consistent experience."
"Asked for a grilled cheese sandwich. Yes this is an off-menu item that Chick Fil A offers. I get it at every location that I visit. This location gave me cold cheese on a bun with a cold tomato. The medium kale salad didn't even fill up half of the container. The large fries were about half full as well. After waiting in the drive thru and then driving back to this location, I went inside to see what could be done about the grilled cheese sandwich and an assistant manager by the name of Michael started laughing with a female cashier after seeing the sandwich before addressing the issue. He seemed very sarcastic in his response and told me that even though other Chick Fil A locations have the correct bread for grilled cheese sandwiches, they do not and offered me a small chicken nuggets instead of the grilled cheese after rolling his eyes. I just walked out. After looking at the comments it seems as though I'm not the only one who has issues with the amount of food that this location gives to you. Wasted gas, wasted time. Check you order before leaving the drive thru window."
"We placed our order with "no sauces". That doesn't mean we wouldn't like a few whole waffle fries in the two medium orders of fries. Both of these orders were definitely from the bottom of the OLD fry bin. Very disappointed in this visit to our "home" CFA after being on the road for three months. The friendly faces were great, but the food certainly wasn't up to par."

"First timer! Saw the sign for the BBChicken and pulled in. I may not agree with their politics but definitely enjoyed the Spicy BBQ Chicken Sandwich. My only critique, a little more bbq sauce would’ve definitely been better. I noticed, they’re closed on Sundays. For a company so employee driven, why are they closed on Sundays? Want to make a statement, employees should get holiday pay! Can’t believe I’m saying this, but, I’m a fan!"
