"I have to say, this and the Sanford location are one of the best Chipotles I've been to in a long time. I remember when the lines were out the door at all the locations, but the service and overall experience has declined a lot since then. HOWEVER, I've been pleasantly surprised multiple times at this location. They're always friendly, usually moving pretty quick, and my order has always been right on point. I eat keto so it's great to have somewhere I can grab a quick, healthy, delicious meal."

"The Chipotle in Apopka is the worse. Why do you close at 11 at night, I came in at 9:20 pm and they have nothing but chicken and shredded meats. All the empty pans looked like the employees were ready to go. Why not take pride in the job you do? Try to please the very people who pay your salary and maybe a raise for good customer service. When I went on Wednesday night the whole line was acting upset for new customers coming in. To the owner hire a better manager who is going to treat your store like it is theirs and run it correctly instead of wanting to be all this young kid's friend. Make them do the job right or find another one. And please if the new Chipotle that's being built is a single-owner and not a corporate store.... Hire real sincere workers who want to do the job right without bad attitudes."

"First time visiting this location. I had an awesome experience. Excellent friendly staff. I was taking pictures. I asked the girl if she wanted to be on google maps. She declined, lol. But the guy cooking had a great personality noticed me carrying on about the barbacoa I think it was called. It was delicious. He said he won't mind being on google maps so...there he is. Go get em ladies. lol At first I thought the amount of ingredients was small compared to the north side one. After taking a few mouthfuls I realized I wouldn't be able to finish it. I'll be back again and again."

"My experience was the WORST. We walked in to a very mess restaurant. Like if they had a food fight. As it was my turn to order the employees where fighting and cursing each other out. The guy told the girl that he would beat her up. No other employee said anything to defend her or anything. My son was right there he witnessed all of this. I doubt there was a manager there because everything looked terrible. My food was nasty chicken was so old and dry. The rice was like rocks, over all the food was terrible. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone, everything is nasty don’t waste your money. We through out everything $50 in the trash. TERRIBLE FOOD"
