"This was once an okay place to get a bite to eat. We gave up on it about 6 months ago after repeated food quality and accuracy issues, and rude service. We stopped in the other night thinking we'd give it another try... It wasn't busy at all, maybe 5 customers in the restaurant and the drive thru was empty. It took about 20 mins for a burger and chili. During this time, a guy came in to pick up a To-go order that someone already picked up. He talked to the manager who said it wasn't his problem. The guy actually had to reorder the food and pay for it again! Wow! (And the self service kiosk asks for a tip!) Oh and the self service soda machine only works by scanning your receipt now. You get one drink and a single refill. This Steak n Shake should throw in the towel! It's time!"
"The lady taking the order was very friendly. However, I asked for large fry and they really gave me the same amount as a medium and half full. The fries also seemed not fresh. They also forgot to put the cookie dough in my milkshake. The burgers were correct though so that was a small plus"
"Used to come here all the time stopped for awhile because it just went down hill as far as service and cleanliness. But I'm so glad that a friend told me about the new owner. She is wonderful. And Ms Linda is such a delight. Food is cooked very well. Comes out in timely fashion. Bathrooms are clean."
"We haven’t been inside a Steak ‘n Shake in years - what a wonderfully incredible change!! This store was super clean and now they have ordering kiosks and a drink refill station. It’s truly a fast food place now! Someone calls out your name when your order is ready so I’d suggest having a little fun with that!"
"Haven't been to Steak 'n Shake in years. Ordering is now done at customer-friendly touch-screen kiosks making it easy to customize and pay for your order. The chili 5-way was very good. And so was the strawberry shake (half-price between 2 and 4)"
