"I'm very disappointed. We ordered our sub on the app and it notified us they were ready... drove to the window and waited for 20 minutes because they weren't ready. We watched the staff touch everything with their gloves then prepare food! The girl even wiped her face. They do not wash their hands or change their gloves after touching surfaces other than food! It's disgusting! After sitting for so long they notified us they were out of sub rolls! Then refused to give us manager information! EDIT** CALLED THE AREA MANAGER SHANNON.... SHE DIDN'T SEEM INTERESTED THAT WE HAD A LESS THAN PLEASANT VISIT TO HER STORE! WE WILL NOT BE BACK!"

"Ordered online, get here to pick up they tell me they have no bread? Like come on now. Could’ve at least called and told me or something. Like how do you guys not have any bread at 4pm? Junkies all in the parking lot with the employees standing round playing and smoking cigarettes and stuff."

"Service was slow. Phone orders seemed to take precedence over counter orders which slows thing down. Dining room appeared to be dirty and unkept."

"Probably one of the worse services I’ve had at this location. I couldn’t get a name but the server # 6066062. The entire time that I was there getting my subs she had a like she don’t wanna be there. Just bad service for from a food service place. I understand that sometimes you might not like working at your current job but that’s not the customers fault. The tone of voice with how she was talking to the customers it’s unacceptable. If I was the manager I would probably fired her on the spot. I usually don’t do things like this but it was just not a great experience."

"Would rate 0 if I could. I got doordash and Matthew replaced my 2 totes of cookies with 2 bags of chips. He didn't call. He didn't ask the driver to ask me. He didn't put a receipt on the bag. He didn't give me a fork for the salad I bought. Absolutely horrible. I work 2 jobs concerning food and customer service. This is absurd. I'd never do this to a customer, even for a door dash order. I will absolutely be in contact with the store manager in the morning and corporate. This is not the kind of service or attitude you show to a guest. Edit: I talked to the morning manager and she is fixing it for me. I'm still raising the situation up because Matthew gave off the feeling with his responses that he would not be in any kind of trouble for this situation and that should not be the case here. Thank you to the nice manager in the morning for fixing this."
