"I absolutely salivate over the cod or grouper with chips. This is the best English style pub in the area, hands down. I've also tried the chef specials and the key lime pie which have never disappointed. My pup quickly mastered the art of begging with the aroma of fish and chips wafting about. My only complaint is that you're never open when I drive by or attempt to place an order online for delivery."
"First visit. Very basic restaurant, no frills, plastic silverware, styrofoam cups. Food was good, but expensive for the amount you receive. Fish & chips (cod), one piece of fish, chips (fries), and two small hushpuppies for $15.99. Server was friendly. Another piece of fish and a couple more hushpuppies and it would be worth the price. This is a $12 meal, but not worth $16."
"Since this place has opened we have always made a point to get it as the food is typically very good and they have haddock. In addition I appreciate the fact that they are accommodating to my husband’s celiac disease and he is still able to enjoy the food there. However, I can no longer ethically support this restaurant as they won’t move towards sustainable take out containers and we always get take out. Every to go container is styrofoam. Until this is changed we will, and I urge you to, choose another dining establishment."
"They served the largest piece of fish I have seen. Hot and crunch and was amazing after adding a little malt vinegar. Ashley was our server and she was super nice and brought our food within 5 minutes after ordering GE. This is not your ordinary fish and chips place, this is better! Must experience and highly recommend"
"Simply amazing REAL English fish and chips! The owner (Steve) is a Brit which must be why it is so good. Get the cod and chips and sprinkle some malt vinegar and salt on it. Sooooo good! Probably the best I’ve had! The beer was cold and went down amazingly well with the fantastic food. The sticky toffee pudding is, hands down, one of the best desserts I’ve ever had! Even if you hate fish and are allergic to chips (fries), stop here and get the sticky toffee pudding!!! Make sure to say hi to the “Cod Father” and enjoy some truly amazing food!"
