"We had lunch at Turner's yesterday. We rarely eat out and this is our second visit. Service from the hostess to the wait staff was spot on and a pleasure for us. We started with the hush puppies with three flavored butters and they were just too delicious. The portion was more than enough for two to split with leftovers which went into a take out container. For a main hubby had the daily special salmon with rice and wilted greens and I had the burger salad with blue cheese dressing along with a side of Cole Slaw. With two mixed drinks and a organic coffee the total as $74.89 with a tip the tab was $100 for lunch. The salmon meal was excellent. The burger salad hit the spot with a huge salad and the best burger I have had in a long long time. The blue cheese dressing was very good. Most of the salad went home in a take out container because I indulged too much in the hush puppies. The only suggestion we would make is to tweak the Cole Slaw. It needs a bit of acid, pre-dress the cut cabbage with some vinegar and salt and pepper than add the dressing and you would have a significantly better dish. Overall a lovely lunch priced on the high side, but that is the nature of all things today post pandemic."

"Don't let the name fool you. Turners is an excellent restaurant with an intimate atmosphere and an ajoining a lounge. While the name may bring visions of a mom and pop diner that serves beer, this place is quite the cut above. The food is excellent, with a great selection of cocktails and drinks. I had had the Shrimp and Grits for lunch, which is honestly the best I've ever had. The chef has an attention to culinary detail and delivers an experience that is enjoyed by both the eyes and the palate. Our server Katie was knowledgeable about the menu and proud to tell us how the food is locally sourced and sustainable. I'm looking forward to trying the dinner menu next time."

"Try their Hush puppies is good with butter jalapeno and Lemon Butter so delish. I had shrimp burger for lunch very good the shrimp is juicy. First time had. shrimp burger in Florida."

"An amazing dinner - great service, incredibly fresh food prepared quickly and perfectly. Our waiter. Steve (and Melissa) did a great job describing the menu and meeting our requests. The food was delicious - chef's choices are spot on. Scallops seared to perfection with a blueberry vinegar over rice and greens - 6 big scallops will fill you up! Ribeye served with coarse grits (from heaven) and grilled brussel sprouts - simple and fantastic. The steak melts in your mouth. White chocolate bread pudding.... Wow. Great food, great people."
